Position: Security Officer Patrol Driver Full Time
As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience OR prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

* Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or access concerns.

* Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and common areas, assisting with access control procedures and directing guests according to site protocols.

* Support day-to-day operations by communicating with property management and/or first responders when needed, while maintaining detailed logs, reports, and shift activity records.

Minimum Requirements:

* At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Access control and badge experience is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
