Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer.

Security License Bonus
: $150 for holders of a valid WI security license.

Your sharp eye and attention to detail are essential. You will monitor screens and spot threats before they escalates in security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid driver's license & clear MVR record.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is an advantage.
• Valid state license if required.
