Position: Security Officer Roving Patrol Driver  - Part Time
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial property location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and building conditions, reporting maintenance issues, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations through proper channels;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or public responders when appropriate;
Prepare clear incident reports, follow post orders, and assist with security-related requests from tenants, guests, and on-site personnel
