Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations calmly and communicate with property management and emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular foot patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, common areas, parking areas, and exterior perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and unusual conditions.;
Monitor entry points, access activity, and visitor movement according to site protocols; report concerns to appropriate contacts.;
Support daily operations by observing the location for security-related issues, reporting hazards or policy violations, and assisting with directions, escorts, and other customer service needs.
