Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and direct authorized guests, deliveries, and contractors as needed.;
Document patrol findings, incidents, and unusual activities in clear, accurate reports and relay information to site leadership promptly.
