As a CBRE Plumber, you will coordinate general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and fixing of plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems throughout a facility.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function.

What you'll do

+ Repair, install, replace, test, and solve the water and medical gas supply and distribution system.

+ Install new water systems, piping, and fixturesbyblueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.

+ Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using aplumber'ssnake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer.

+ Support colleagues or external workers with projects or equipment installations.

+ Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.

+ Offer training toadditionalteammembers for themto carry out minor plumbing maintenance and repairs.

+ Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned.

+ Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed.

+ Follow all activity policies and procedures, alwaysincluding all HSE-related requirements.

+ Finish the HSE programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc.

+ Report any conditions that could result in an accident or injury to management.

+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures toaccomplishsophisticated assignments and provide innovative solutions.

+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

+ Impacta range of customer, operational, project or service activities withinownteam and other related teams.

+ Explain difficult or sensitive information

+ Wisconsin Journeymen License Required

What you'll need

+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience with 4-5 years of job-related experience.

+ Plumbing certification at the Journeyman level required. Medical Gas certification and Backflow certification preferred.

+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

+ Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc. and CMMS
