Wastewater Technician

We are seeking a skilled Wastewater Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing wastewater equipment and performing routine maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

• Use basic hand tools effectively.
• Repair and maintain wastewater equipment, including motors, pumps, valves, and piping.
• Perform daily and weekly preventive maintenance.
• Observe and adjust chemical usage based on wastewater testing results.
• Conduct light electrical troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic valves, mechanical seals, chains, belts, sprockets, gears, bearings, and pumps.
• Read and utilize equipment manuals for repairs and maintenance.
• Perform duties requiring overhead work, use of ladders, and tasks in various environments.
• Engage in plumbing, carpentry, and pipe fitting tasks.
• Perform other related and unrelated duties as needed.

• Proficiency in facilities maintenance, pumps, motors, and piping.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Experience in plumbing, carpentry, and welding.

Work in a refrigerated facility that produces sausages and hamburgers. The position is for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 3 PM to 11 PM.

This is a Permanent position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $52000.00/yr. Medical Dental vision 401k

This is a fully onsite position in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
