This role is 5 days onsite in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

- 50% Java backend
- 30% Java Script
- 20% SQL/data interaction
Daily Responsibilities
- 30% Hands On
- 70% Management Duties
- Manage and guide a small, high-impact team of developers
- Steer architecture decisions, coach engineers, and remove roadblocks
- Work closely with product and Agile partners to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business goals
- Java
- Spring Boot

- 1-2 years of prior people management experience
- AWS
