You'll help lead Uline's distribution operations in Pleasant Prairie, spanning over 1 million square feet.

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all aspects of day‑to‑day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands‑on leadership.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry‑leading service and same‑day shipping.
• Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data‑driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years leading high‑volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people.
• Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.
• Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.
