Warehouse Associate – Seasonal

• Checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the trailer loading/unloading, including the pallet handling process.
• Operates a forklift or works with the LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system.
• Receives all inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, corrugated materials, film, labels, UPS deliveries, Federal Express deliveries, and water transfer as needed.
• Rebuilds damaged pallets prior to restock and consolidates finished goods storage for maximum storage capabilities.
• Processes RMAs, validates new SKUs in WMS to ensure proper LGV storage and handling, and corrects LGV alarms.
• Monitors loads, unloads finished goods and raw material deliveries utilizing a forklift, and maintains pallet storage area; offloads pallets from trailers and stages for LGV pickup.
• Corrects product spills, manually pulls pallets from production as needed, and supplies production with non‑inventory items such as glue, bags, and labels.
• Clears up blocked locations in WMS and may be required to operate a forklift when needed.
• Facilitates the flow of information between logistics, production and sales to ensure timely and accurate service to the customer base.
• Tests and monitors resin and spring water, coordinates pre‑load activities, and inspects trailers to ensure all loads are completed on time.
• Checks in trucks, communicates loading instructions to forklift drivers, and provides correct loading documents/bills of lading and truck seals upon leaving the facility.
• Maintains appropriate records and reports required for daily shipping and inventory control and participates in continued process improvement and cost reduction.
• Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse and ensures regular and predictable attendance.
• Answers and makes phone calls using proper phone etiquette and communicates with inside and outside contacts to ensure loading of trucks on time and troubleshoot any issues.
• Coordinates with transportation and production/scheduling to ensure all shipments are flowing in and out of the warehouse as scheduled.
