Warehouse WMS Coordinator

Position Description

Ryder is hiring a WMS Coordinator in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

• Hourly Pay: $22.25 per hour
• Additional Pay: $2.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Wednesday-Saturday 4:00pm-4:00am (Wednesdays are on half day rotations - 4:00pm-10:00pm one week and 10:00pm-4:00am the next week)

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and update load statuses
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years warehouse experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel); working knowledge of WMS systems
• Forklift experience
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location
