Warehouse Associate

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates to support high-volume logistics and fulfillment operations. In this fast-paced role, you will unload, receive, pick, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and warehouse systems while meeting accuracy, productivity, and safety standards. You'll stage and palletize orders, assist with cycle counts, and keep work areas clean and organized. Working as part of a diverse, team-oriented environment, you'll follow written instructions and quality guidelines to ensure on-time, error-free orders for major brands and their customers.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and stock incoming products and materials
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders
• Palletize, stage, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
• Follow written instructions, shipping labels, and work orders
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
