Entry Level Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist with preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes

+ Perform data analysis and reporting using intermediate to advanced Excel functions, including formulas, calculations, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs

+ Support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and billing functions as needed

+ Help maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and day-to-day tasks

+ Demonstrate flexibility by supporting various projects and tasks across the finance department

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

+ Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices

+ Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, calculations, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs

+ Motivated to learn, grow, and take initiative ("go-getter" attitude)

+ Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach

+ Exposure to billing, AP, or AR functions is a strong plus

Preferred Skills/

Experience:

+ Previous internship or work experience in an accounting or finance environment

+

Experience with accounting software is a plus

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
