Staff Accountant

Description

Our company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to help drive our accounting operations and support business growth. If you are eager to expand your skills and make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations

+ Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

+ Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

+ Prepare financial statements and management reports

+ Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and regulatory guidelines

+ Monitor cash flow, help with budgeting and forecasting

+ Assist with audits and respond to auditor requests

+ Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes

Requirements

Qualifications:



+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

+ Prior experience in general ledger accounting preferred

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to adapt and learn continuously in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong Excel skills is a plus

+ Familiarity with accounting software such as Microsoft D365, Oracle Net Suite, Quick Books, SAP, and Workday
