Senior Tax Manager - Direct Partner Track

Position: Senior Tax Manager - Direct Partner Track(6-24 months)
We are a local public accounting firm of about 30 employees. We service a wide range of HNWIs and Local businesses in the small to mid market size. We offer a full suite of services including tax, audit, business consulting, and outsourced accounting services. We have clients among a wide range of industries including, Entertainment, Professional Athletes, Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Healthcare, and more.

We are looking for a candidate who wants to become a key leader in the firm. We have a few partners who are looking to retire in the next few years and we are looking for someone to take over their book of business and partner seat. This will turn into an equity partner seat and will give you the autonomy to manage/grow the book of business to your desries.

What You Need for this Position

Required:

• 10+ years of Public Accounting experience
• Prep for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax
• Review for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax
• High Level of Technical knowledge
  • Experience working with clients in the $10 million - $100 million revenue range
• Active CPA

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Gift, Trust, and Estate Returns
• Experience Signing off on Returns
• Transaction and Business Advisory experience
• Some Audit & Assurance exp. or willingness to help out with minimal A&A work

Benefits

Base Salary: 140,000 - $225,000
