Stronganalyticalskillsandproficiencyinaccounting Quick Books Onlineaccountingsoftwarearerequired .Theidealcandidatewillberesponsibleforunderstandingintercompanyandinternationalaccounting.
- Financial Reporting,Consolidation and Close: Leadmonth-end,quarter-end,andyear-endcloseprocessesandfinancialreportingforforeignsubsidiaries.
- General Ledger&Reconciliations: Maintainandreconcilesubsidiaryaccounts,bank statements,andthegeneralledgertoensureaccuracy.
- Compliance: Ensureallfinancialoperationsadhereto Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) andcompany policies.
- International Accounting: Partnerwithlocalaccountantsonstatutoryfilings, VAT/GSTcomplianceandforeigncurrencyconversions.
- Intercompany Management: Managetheentireintercompanylifecycle (settlement,reconciliation,and elimination) toensurezeroimbalance.
- Analysis&Budgeting: Analyzefinancialdata,identify trends,andassistinvarianceanalysisforbudgetingandforecasting.
- Audit&Tax Support: Prepareschedulesforexternalauditsandassistwithtaxcomplianceandreportingacrossall
- Process Improvement: Identifyopportunitiestostreamlineaccountingproceduresandimproveinternalcontrols.
- -Bachelor’sdegreein
Accounting,Finance,orarelatedfield;
CPAorequivalent certificationpreferredbutnotrequired. - -3-5+yearsofexperienceinaccountingideallyinglobal,multi-entity environment.
- -Strongknowledgeofinternationalaccountingstandards(IFRS) andlocalGAAPacrosskeymarkets.
- -Proficiencyinaccountingsoftware(e.g.,Quick Books Online (must),Netsuite,SAP…)andadvancedExcelskills
- -Abilitytoworkindependently,prioritize tasks,andmanagemultipledeadlinesinafast-paced environment.
- -Excellent analytical,problem-solving,andcommunicationskills.
- -Experienceinmanagingcross-borderfinancialoperationsandforeignexchange
