We’re seeking a detail-oriented Junior Property Accountant to join a collaborative and fast-paced accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with financial data, supporting business operations, and helping drive financial accuracy.

• Set up new properties and projects in the accounting system
• Review contracts and agreements for accurate billing and tracking
• Maintain account records and support daily accounting operations
• Assist with month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations

• Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
• Track billable expenses and supporting documentation
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections
• Maintain receivable records and cash flow projections

• Analyze budgets, costs, revenue, and profitability
• Monitor project financial performance and work in progress
• Assist with revenue recognition and reporting requirements
• Support forecasting and cash management activities

• Partner with operations and management teams
• Support vendors, consultants, and invoice processing
• Assist with audits and special projects
• Deliver excellent internal customer service

• 2+ years of accounting, project accounting, or property accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Invoicing
  • Financial Reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills:
  • VLOOKUPs
  • Pivot Tables
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
