What You'll Be Doing

+ Process a high volume of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments accurately and efficiently

+ Review and verify invoice details, approvals, coding, and supporting documentation

+ Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies to ensure timely resolution

+ Maintain accurate accounts payable records and organized documentation

+ Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, questions, and account issues

+ Assist with weekly check runs, ACH payments, and other disbursement activity

+ Support month-end close by preparing reports and reconciling AP-related accounts

+ Partner with accounting and operations teams to improve workflow and maintain accuracy

+ Help ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

Requirements

What We're Looking For

+ 2+ years of accounts payable experience

+ Strong understanding of full-cycle AP processes

+

Experience with ERP systems or accounting software

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office technology

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset

+ Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
