Pro Rehab Health Care Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Pleasanton, CA! • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for clinical and administrative staff
• Maintain and organize patient records, files, and office documentation
• Support billing, data entry, and insurance verification processes
• Order and manage office supplies and inventory
• Assist with general clerical duties including copying, scanning, and filing

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• Prior experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a patient-first attitude
