Job Summary:
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is responsible for having advanced knowledge of IT methodologies and design/construction principles. With minimal oversite from management, managing established priorities and providing status updates, facilitating knowledge transfers to various groups, troubleshooting design and construction software application and associated tools, documenting incidents/defects and associated resolutions, managing user access, providing support in the maintenance of software application and associated tools, applying business analysis tools / method / techniques across a range of small to medium scale projects to elicit business requirements, assessing information gathered, identifying discrepancies/conflicting requests and providing recommendations for resolution, distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs, driving and challenging business units on their assumptions of how their design can be successfully implemented, conducting and evaluating user acceptance testing, identifying and assessing risks and implementing mitigation plan upon concurrence from management, providing post-implementation support, creating or peer reviewing user documentation, identifying and assessing potential impacts of design and configuration based on SOX and Internal Control, and appropriately communicating to management as needed.

identifies resources to accomplish priorities and deadlines. Identifies, speaks up, and capitalizes on improvement opportunities across teams; uses influence to guide others and engages stakeholders to achieve appropriate solutions.
+ Supports with construction operations by: providing technical guidance and coordination with the support team following broadly defined parameters; using judgment and discretion to develop solutions to resolve moderately complex problems; and establishing a communication network between the project team and other internal and external personnel.
+ Supports with construction deliverables by: working on multiple moderately complex organizational projects from initiation to close-out; developing, analyzing, and executing project plans which include scope identification and management, schedule, inter-dependencies, and resource forecast; assisting and monitoring project financials; monitoring project performance against plan, ensuring measurement of business benefits and outcomes, and makes adjustments as needed; coordinating with project activities related to organizational change management (e.g., development and execution of user adoption, implementation, and training plans) as defined by the project;
and driving allocation of resources, establishes schedules, and task assignments to ensure established project management practices are in place.
+ Contributes to vendor relationship management by: overseeing vendor assessment and provide support to analytics processes (e.g., gathering data used to report out to senior leadership as requested, sharing frontline experiences for process improvement); and independently assisting vendors with challenges meeting financial and/or safety criteria for the qualification process.
+ Provides KP compliance consultation by: coordinating with other internal teams to ensure technical systems and processes are used and maintained in a manner that ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards; and consulting with operational leaders, risk managers, and facility directors to ensure compliance with relevant government, accreditation, and industry…
