Software Procurement Specialist – NPI & Software Focus
Pay: $40–$44/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support Supply Chain activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. This role will have a primary focus on software Statements of Work (SoW) and licensing purchase orders (POs), while also supporting traditional procurement activities such as PO development, tracking, and vendor management.

• Manage and track SoW and licensing POs with suppliers.
• Purchase raw materials, sub-assemblies, products, and services in compliance with approved POs, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support basic procurement functions including vendor negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and order expediting.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including quality records and purchase histories.
• Evaluate vendor quotes and services to select the most desirable suppliers.
• Utilize procurement systems (SAP experience is a plus) to process and track orders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on NPI projects to ensure timely and accurate procurement.

• Minimum Associate’s degree in a related field;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience in a regulated environment preferred; medical device experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with procurement systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to work under general supervision and exercise judgment in planning and accomplishing goals.
• High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
