Working under the supervision of the Recreation Coordinator, you'll dive into the exciting world of theater camps and productions—supervising and leading young performers, collaborating on production planning, gathering props, facilitating fun activities, handling camp check‑in/out, set‑up/clean‑up, and ensuring a safe, creative environment (including administering first aid when needed). You'll interact with parents, guardians, and the public with top‑notch customer service while working in a collaborative team setting!

- Supervise and lead theater camp participants, facilitating activities according to prepared production schedules.
- Assist with program set‑up, implementation, clean‑up, and maintenance of camp rosters, check‑in/out procedures, and props.
- Work closely with theater camp directors on production planning, prop acquisition, and ensuring a safe program environment.
- Interact with patrons, parents/guardians, and the public, providing information, resolving conflicts, and administering first aid as needed.
- Handle money for programs or activities, operate cash registers or credit card terminals, and attend mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
- Perform assigned tasks with indirect supervision, including setting up equipment, supplies, and activity areas.

Rec Leader II
Demonstrates basic understanding of program objectives, operations, supplies and needs. Demonstrates some experience and/or familiarity with program operations.

Possesses CPR - First Aid - AED certification.
Knowledge Of- Operational rules and protocols of assigned facility.
- Performing proper care/storage of program equipment/supplies.
- Basic program concepts and design.
- Basic customer service practices.
- Operate cash register and credit card terminal.
- Safely operate assigned program equipment.
- Set up program equipment and/or activity area.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
- Move and set up assigned program equipment and supplies.
- Climb, squat, kneel, and sit on floor, as needed to accomplish job duties.
- Assemble basic equipment, tools and supplies.
- Operate tools and equipment.
