A leading provider of advanced aesthetic and reconstructive care in the Bay Area, is seeking a hands‑on Practice Manager to oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations, sales, and HR.
This is an on‑site, full‑time role reporting to the Director of Operations.
Qualifications:Required experience & education:
- Bachelors degree required (business or healthcare‑related preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years experience managing operations in a cash‑pay medical/aesthetic, plastic surgery, med spa, or dermatology practice.
- Proven track record in sales team management; must be metrics‑and performance‑driven.
- Strong HR administration and compliance background.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams.
- Resourceful, driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in high‑ticket, elective/cosmetic medical sales operations.
- Familiarity with EMR, CRM, and tech‑forward practice settings.
Fast paced cutting edge plastic surgery practice.
