Interim Director, Perioperative Services
Start Date:
ASAP. Pay Rate: $ - $.
- Oversee day-to-day surgical operations across six ORs and one CVOR suite.
- Strengthen relationships with surgeons, ensure smooth daily operations, and proactively address challenges as they arise.
- Drive culture change and operational excellence; collaborate and communicate effectively with leadership.
- Be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active California RN license required.
- Annual base: $180,000 to $185,000.
- Benefits may include health insurance, retirement benefits, and other offerings, subject to role.
