The Concrete/Tilt-Up Foreman (CTF) is a key member of the Extollo leadership team, leading concrete construction teams for both training and construction projects in Haiti. This is a full-time position located in Champin (Cap-Haitien), Haiti.

The critical deciding factor for a CTF to join Extollo will be the fit with the vision, mission, and values of the organization. We are seeking a construction professional of noble character with a solid skill set in concrete construction, leadership, planning and the passion to use those skills to make a life-long impact in the lives of men and women in Haiti.

To This End, The CTF Will Primarily:

• Create two (2) Concrete Place & Finish Crews of 3 to 5 people, max.
  • Work directly with (hands‑on) crews/students to teach pouring, placing, vibrating, finishing and curing concrete tilt‑up panels, slabs, site work and foundation.
• Work with the Training Coordinator to develop and implement effective concrete training curriculum, programs, and on‑the‑job training.
• Manage the enforcement and implementation of all safety procedures, and routinely inspect work, tools and equipment to ensure it is well‑maintained and in safe working condition.

Reporting to the General Contractor / Construction Lead, the CTF directly manages employees and any subcontractors on the worksite and has responsibility for the effective and efficient use of people, equipment, and time.
