** Job Summary
** The Assistant Land Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and assisting land development project workflow and activities to achieve quality, timing, and budget requirements.

Job Responsibilities
*** Assist in project planning and coordination efforts with vertical construction.
* Coordinate land development construction with power, telephone and gas companies.
* Manage development trades and schedules in accordance with Divisions goals.
* Assist in the entitlement process by partnering with Land Development Project Manager, municipalities, and other government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance.
* Support and analyze trade bidding and contracting efforts.
* Monitor development progress using design documents, site plans, improvement plans, and plats for project coordination and accuracy.
* Monitor progress of land development projects. Provide Project Manager with reports on progress and issues needing attention.
* Assist in delivering projects according to quality, timing and budget specifications.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
