We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Manager to lead civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and top quality. This role requires strong leadership, problem‑solving, and deep industry knowledge.

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and risk management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate managers and technical personnel.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Manage project progress and adapt work to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
• Prepare internal and external reports on job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors for profitable agreements.
• Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and design professionals as necessary.
• Resolve problems arising from unforeseen circumstances or on‑site challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred, not required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, focusing on civil construction.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• In‑depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent knowledge of construction project management software such as Procore.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset.
