We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can successfully estimate projects, manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
As a key member of our team, the Construction Project Manager will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, field superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications.
Role Description- Manage and estimate multiple construction projects simultaneously from planning through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and identify potential issues.
- Prepare and manage subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
- Monitor project costs, approve invoices, and track change orders.
- Conduct weekly OAC meetings with field staff, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with Superintendents to coordinate field operations and resolve construction challenges.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Prepare monthly project reports, progress updates, and financial projections for company leadership.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and closeout documents.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders to promote repeat business.
- Strong project management and estimating skills, including experience in commercial construction, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to efficiently manage permits, materials, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Familiarity with construction codes, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Salary Range - 120k - 185k (The actual base salary offered will depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to relevant education, training, skills, and experience).
