The ideal candidate will inspect and document construction means, methods, and sequences to evaluate contractor compliance and effectively communicate updates to the Project Manager for Civil Infrastructure projects. The responsibilities include daily inspections with detailed documentation, continual plan reviews, coordinating material testing and surveying, and developing punch lists.
