Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead corporate real estate and capital construction projects.

This is a hands-on project delivery role requiring strong experience managing projects from pre-construction through completion and financial closeout.

Ideal candidates will have experience with commercial office construction, corporate facilities, data centers, building construction, sustainability, electrification, solar, or capital projects.

• Manage construction projects from planning and pre-construction through completion and closeout.
• Drive project schedules, budgets, financial forecasting, and cost management.
• Manage contractors, vendors, consultants, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead multiple projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and hold teams accountable for project deliverables.
• Provide project updates, financial reporting, and recommendations to leadership.

• 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with construction project delivery and the full construction lifecycle.
• Experience managing project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and capital project financials.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent construction experience.

• Data Center, Building Construction, Sustainability, Electrification, Solar, or Capital Project experience.
• Procore and/or Open Space experience.
• Knowledge of Design-Build, CMAR, or IPD project delivery methods.
• Global or multi-location project management experience.

Note:

This role requires a strong hands-on Construction Project Manager with direct project delivery experience. Candidates with primarily PMO, space planning, occupancy planning, or workplace operations experience may not be a fit.
