Spherion - Up to $28.75/hour - - Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and emails regarding product information, pricing, and delivery updates;
Enter and manage orders for concrete and construction materials using internal systems;
Coordinate deliveries with dispatch, sales, and plant personnel;
Inform customers on company policies, including delivery minimums, cancellation terms, and overtime charges;
Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction from placement to delivery
