HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet, register and serve guests in a friendly, courteous manner according to brand and sustainability standards. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, process payments, make reservations and answer guest requests, while safeguarding valuables and promoting guest satisfaction across the front desk operations.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prior customer service experience, and familiarity with PMS systems.
