Customer Service Representative Entry-Level

We’re a rapidly growing event marketing and nonprofit fundraising company seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

No previous experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, professional development, and real-world experience through live events, promotional campaigns, and nonprofit outreach initiatives.

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll interact directly with members of the public while supporting nonprofit campaigns and event marketing initiatives.

• Engage with the public at live events, fundraising activations, and community outreach programs
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to attendees, donors, supporters, and community members
• Communicate nonprofit campaign messaging, organizational missions, and fundraising goals
• Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information about campaigns and initiatives
• Build positive relationships with customers, donors, community members, and partner organizations
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, registration, logistics, and on-site coordination
• Support promotional and fundraising activities during live events
• Maintain an energetic, welcoming, and professional presence throughout each event
• Collaborate with team members to help create positive customer and donor experiences
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
