• Dental office: 2 years (Required).
• Accurate treatment planning.
• Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients.
• Strong understanding of PPO plans, coverage, and dental insurance guidelines.
• Reviewing insurance benefits, frequency limitations, downgrades, and out‑of‑network coverage with patients and explaining estimated costs.
• Scheduling patients efficiently and managing the daily schedule.
• Coordinating patient flow and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
• Updating and maintaining accurate records in the dental software.
• Communicating with patients about follow‑ups, financial arrangements, and upcoming appointments.
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and office protocols.
• Maintaining accuracy in documentation and follow‑up communication.
• Insurance verification for patient plans and coverage.
• Maintaining AR (Accounts Receivable) report current and up‑to‑date.
• Posting insurance and patient checks to accounts.
• Sending insurance claims promptly and tracking payment status.
