Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Architect/Project Manager to oversee and manage K-12 educational projects with a focus on DSA compliance. The ideal candidate will lead design efforts, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage K-12 educational projects ensuring adherence to DSA regulations
• Develop and prepare detailed construction documents
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Supervise project team members and provide guidance on design and construction issues
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges that may arise
• Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success
• Implement modernization strategies for existing educational facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Licensed Architect (AIA and NCARB certification preferred)
• Proven experience in project management within K-12 education sector
• Strong knowledge of DSA regulations and compliance
• Proficient in Revit and other architectural design software
• Experience in developing construction documents for educational facilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
