Architectural Project Manager | Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

We are partnering with a well‑established, award‑winning architecture and planning firm seeking a Residential Project Manager to join their growing team in the East Bay.

This firm brings decades of experience designing thoughtfully crafted residential communities across the Western U.S., with a strong focus on design quality, collaboration, and creating places that enhance how people live.

This is a hybrid role based in the East Bay (3 days onsite), responsible for leading single‑family and low‑density residential projects from concept through construction.

• Lead residential architecture projects through all phases (SD through CA)
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and client communications
• Develop proposals, contracts, and oversee project financial performance
• Serve as the primary client liaison from start to finish
• Coordinate internal design teams and external consultants
• Provide oversight and mentorship to junior team members

• 5+ years of architectural project management experience
• Strong background in single‑family / low‑density residential projects
• Experience managing projects through full design and construction phases
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up
• Strong communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills
• Degree in Architecture from an accredited program (NAAB preferred)

• Leadership role with full project ownership
