Salary Range:
Up to $475,000 annual base guarantee (2 years) + Productivity & Performance Incentives + Sign-On + Relocation

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration

Hematology/Oncology Physician Job in Pleasanton, CA – Community-Based Practice – Stanford-Affiliated Multispecialty Team

This full-time Hematology/Oncology opportunity offers 36 patient contact hours per week in a well-established, community-based oncology practice. The physician will provide general hematology and oncology care in an outpatient setting, seeing an average of 18 patients per day.

The clinic features 15 infusion chairs onsite and is supported by a robust care team that includes three Medical Oncologists, six Advanced Practice Providers, and ten nurses. Providers have access to on-site specialists including Radiation Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, Urogynecology, and other subspecialties.

Call is shared 1:6. Inpatient responsibilities include rounding at multiple affiliated hospitals with approximately 1–4 new inpatient consults per call day. Hospitalists are on-site, and physicians are on call only for hospitalized oncology patients.

Exceptional mentorship and collaborative support are available within a physician-led multispecialty environment. EPIC EMR is utilized.
