Monday Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break No on-call requirements Flexible Options :
Open to full-time or part-time arrangements, such as a few days per week Position Highlights Patient Demographics :
Typical internal medicine population, primarily older adults with multiple comorbidities (e.g., diabetes, arthritis, cardiovascular issues) Patient Load : 12-18 patients per day, depending on complexity and new patient status Clinical Support :
Supported by MAs, RNs, and an APP in the clinic for optimized patient care Electronic Medical Records (EMR) :
Facility uses Cerner for streamlined documentation and care coordination Requirements Board Certification :
Required in Internal Medicine (Geriatric experience is a plus). Board-Certified Family Medicine physicians with strong IM experience will also be considered. Licensing :
Active California medical license required at the time of submission BLS Certification :
Required Background :
Clean malpractice and background history preferred for a smooth credentialing process Compensation and Benefits Holiday Rate : 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for holiday hours Malpractice Insurance :
Included Orientation :
Paid at half the hourly rate for training beyond 8 hours Travel Allowances :
