Qualifications
- Pupil Personnel Services Credential:
School Counseling - Copy of Transcript (Bachelors Degree Required and Postgraduate Coursework if applicable)
- Letter of Introduction
- Resume
- Up to 15 years of service credit
- Health coverage up to $13,354.80 toward a district-provided medical plan or $2,000 cash in lieu*
- Contributions to retirement
- A highly competitive pay schedule (Among the highest starting total compensation packages in Alameda County)
- $1,000 Masters stipend
- $1,000 Doctorate stipend
- $1,000 National Board Certification stipend
* If a unit member elects to participate in the District medical plan, the unit member may apply the District's maximum contribution toward the District health, dental, and/or vision plans.
