At 1st United, we believe learning is a key driver of individual growth, team success, and exceptional member experiences. We're looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Learning & Development Trainer (Program Coordinator) to help cultivate a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

In this role, you'll play an integral part in developing our people by facilitating impactful training programs, coordinating learning initiatives, administering our Learning Management System (LMS), and creating engaging learning experiences that support employee success. You'll partner with leaders and subject matter experts to equip team members with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive.

• Facilitate engaging training programs for team members at all levels, including new hire onboarding, sales and service training, technical skills development, professional development, and on-the-job learning.
• Deliver impactful learning experiences through classroom, virtual, and hybrid formats.

Create an inclusive, supportive learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and growth.

• Manage training logistics and support the successful delivery of enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
• Schedule instructor-led training sessions and coordinate resources, materials, and participant communications.

Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to ensure training meets organizational needs.

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Manage employee learning profiles, course assignments, training materials, and completion records.

Generate reports and track training participation, progress, and compliance.

• Evaluate training outcomes through learner feedback, assessments, observations, and performance data.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning experiences and training effectiveness.

Collaborate with instructional design partners to update and enhance learning content and resources.

• Maintain training documentation and reporting.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Support special projects that advance employee development and organizational success.

• Three to five years of experience in learning and development, training facilitation, talent development, education, organizational development, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education, relevant certifications, and professional experience.

Experience delivering engaging training programs in classroom, virtual, and hybrid environments.

Hourly wages range from $31.00 to $41.00 per hour depending on experience. Hybrid schedule begins after training has been completed and ability to work independently.
