Wireless Engineer
Location:
Pleasanton, CA
Long Term Contract
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 7-10+ years of direct experience
- Experience in wireless networking (802.11 standards, controllers, client)
- Troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Conducting wireless site surveys and RF analysis tools
- Device certification experience
- Strong overall networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
Preferred
Skills:
- Tools:
Ekahau, Air Magnet, Wireshark, etc. - Wireless security and authentication (802.1x, RADIUS, etc.)
- Certifications (CWNE, CCNA Wireless) preferred
- Scripting/automation (Python, etc.) is a plus
