Leads hands-on innovation for medical devices, focusing on early-stage concept generation, feasibility, and translational research. Responsible for inventing and developing novel technologies and advancing them toward product development within a regulated environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Master's (preferred) or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering or related technical field with 5+ years of experience. 3+ years in medical device R&D preferred Experience in innovation and regulated environments Required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong engineering fundamentals and minimally invasive medical device design Prototyping and testing experience (CNC, 3D printing) Knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 Strong problem-solving and communication CAD design in Solidworks
