Asset & Work Order Audit

Review existing and historical work order data within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to identify procedural gaps.

Cross-reference current asset registries with physical field inventory to ensure critical equipment tags are accurate.

PM Procedure Optimization & Development

Author, revise, and standardize detailed PM job plans and step-by-step procedures for critical utility and facility equipment, including but not limited to:

Compliance & Quality Integration

Ensure all written procedures comply with local regulatory bodies, Roche global engineering standards, and applicable Good Manufacturing/Laboratory Practices (GxP).

Incorporate clear “pass/fail” criteria, calibration check-points, and data collection parameters within the PM steps to ensure Good Documentation Practices (GDP) can be maintained by executing technicians.
