Facilities Services | Stanford Health Care Facilities Construction provides long‑range construction and planning services for medium‑to‑large multi‑year capital projects at Stanford Medicine. Facilities Construction oversees medical planning, capital improvement projects, and project delivery alignment with the Stanford Integrated Master Plan. This is a Stanford Health Care job. A Brief Overview Plans, organizes, manages and is responsible for all document control and distribution processes and systems for Facilities Services, including all construction project‑related documentation received from and sent to the contractor, architect, and internal staff from initial planning and early development of a project through its completion.

Meet regularly with all the parties involved to stay abreast of and track the status of construction projects at all stages. Prepare meeting agendas as needed and records and distributes minutes summarizing matters discussed and actions approved. Scan, distribute, and file documents including (but not limited to) project designs, drawings, specifications, estimates, and correspondence to the appropriate archival repository. Verify and correct project‑related documentation where needed.

Ensure that document control and distribution systems, processes, and procedures are organized, accurate, clear, and complete. Maintain effective and on‑going communications with construction and contractor management teams. Provide initial review of pay applications, change orders, and other incoming construction documents. Perform other project engineering and project management‑related duties as well as incidental duties as needed or assigned.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Degree in a work‑related discipline/field (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management). Preferred Relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered. Relevant…
