• Work closely with customers and internal team members from initial project evaluation through the sales and estimating process

• Review commercial HVAC project plans, specifications, requirements, and technical information

• Evaluate customer needs and help develop practical HVAC and mechanical system solutions

• Prepare HVAC estimates, proposals, and supporting sales documentation

• Communicate with customers about project requirements, equipment, applications, and potential solutions

• Identify and help develop new commercial HVAC business opportunities

• Coordinate with internal team members throughout the sales and estimating process

• Expand your knowledge of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and applications

• Apply technical problem-solving skills while developing your estimating, customer relationship, and sales capabilities

• Strong engineering, mechanical, or technical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems and applications

• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, systems, or mechanical applications

• Ability to support a combination of HVAC estimating, engineering, customer solutions, and business development responsibilities

• Ability to review technical information, project requirements, plans, and specifications and translate them into practical HVAC solutions

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Comfortable working directly with customers and internal teams throughout the estimating and sales process

• Direct HVAC sales experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong technical aptitude and relevant commercial HVAC knowledge

• Engineering education or relevant technical HVAC experience preferred

• Open to early-career engineering candidates who want to develop commercial HVAC estimating and sales expertise

• Experienced commercial HVAC or technical professionals interested in transitioning into an estimating, engineering, and business development role are encouraged to apply

• Willingness to learn and grow across commercial HVAC sales, estimating, engineering, and customer relationship development

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is not required
