Job Summary:

Responsible for the design and engineering of utilities, highways, public works, infrastructure, and land development projects.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D for highway and street geometric, traffic handling, site logistics, signing and striping, pavement delineation, roadway grading, site grading and earthwork, roads, sanitary and storm drainage, storm water data reports, specifications, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with agencies, utility companies, and clients
• Perform site visits and field assessments
• Plan and coordinate various aspects of the engineering work
• Other duties as assigned.
• B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited University

Required Qualifications (skills/experience/certifications):

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• 4+ years of civil engineering design experience
• EIT/EI certification

Preferred Qualifications (skills/experience/certifications):

• Professional Engineer (PE) License in California
• MSCE or higher

• $40 - $44 per hour
