This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer, based in Pleasanton, CA. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and managing mortgage loan applications, assisting clients with mortgage options, and guiding them through the loan process. Daily tasks include assessing financial documents, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and providing outstanding customer service. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners is essential.
Qualifications- Experience as a Loan Officer with knowledge of the mortgage industry and processes and underwriting procedures.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in managing financial documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment at our Pleasanton, CA office.
- Relevant certifications and/or licenses in the mortgage lending.
