Job Summary
A direct hire Bank Branch Manager opportunity is available in Pleasanton, CA for an experienced banking leader ready to oversee branch performance, client service, team development, and business growth. The Bank Branch Manager will lead a high-performing branch environment with a focus on operational excellence, relationship management, deposit growth, lending opportunities, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities- Lead daily branch operations while ensuring efficient workflows, strong compliance practices, and exceptional client service.
- Drive business development strategies to grow deposits, lending relationships, and wealth management referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, business owners, community partners, and internal banking teams.
- Manage, coach, and develop branch staff, including personal bankers, relationship managers, and support team members.
- Monitor branch financial performance, portfolio quality, risk management, deposit growth, and profitability.
- Collaborate with commercial lending, mortgage, treasury management, and wealth advisory partners to support client needs.
- Salary range: $90,000.00 to $ per year.
