Rotational Program – Finance Insights & Data Analyst | Roche

The Tone:

This is a Rotational Program at Roche, primarily located across various US sites including Tucson, Pleasanton, Santa Clara, Branchburg, and Indianapolis, with potential for international rotation. This program is designed to identify and develop high-potential individuals into future finance leaders, providing them with critical experience and training across diverse areas of the finance organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
  • Rotate:
    Participate in a two-year rotation development program, completing four assignments lasting between 3 and 8 months each.
  • Explore:
    Gain exposure to various critical finance areas, including the Enterprise Center of Excellence, Commercial Finance, R&D Innovation Chapter, and relevant Finance/Business projects.
  • Lead:
    Assume a leadership role, such as Product Owner, in at least one of the assigned rotations.
  • Mentor:
    Access senior managers through a Steering Committee and be matched with a mentor to support career development.
  • Progress:
    Be considered for Enterprise Finance Business Partner roles within DIA Finance upon successful completion of the program.
The Must-Haves
  • Background:
    Recent college undergraduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Informatics, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Experience:

    Between one and two years of work experience, including internships.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional structured problem-solving, strategic analytical, and agility skills to simplify complex information into clear, synthesized insights.
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills enabling collaboration within local and global networks.
    • Passion for financial modeling, investment valuation, and trade‐off analysis.
  • Bonus:
    Prior working or internship experience in public accounting, management consulting, or the healthcare sector.
