Assistant Finance Manager

• Provide financial leadership and decision support advancing Clorox’s business and financial objectives
• Own and improve key financial processes
• Translate complex business and financial information into actionable insights
• Lead elements of planning, forecasting, close, and/or reporting processes
• Analyze business and financial performance against plans, forecasts, and prior periods; identify drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Develop financial models, scenarios, and recommendations supporting strategic, operational, and investment decisions
• Translate analyses into executive-ready insights and communicate implications to Finance and business stakeholders
• Partner cross-functionally to provide financial leadership and influence decisions and actions improving business performance
• Support accurate reporting, data integrity, internal controls, and compliance
• Use data analytics, visualization, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance insights and improve Finance processes
• Lead projects or work streams from scoping through execution, coordinating stakeholders, managing milestones, and escalating risks
• Demonstrate leadership through ownership, judgment, stakeholder influence, and coaching or guidance as applicable

• MBA degree completed or expected to be completed before the start date
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Cumulative graduate GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Relevant professional experience demonstrating increasing responsibility, strategic thinking, leadership, and business or financial acumen
• Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business productivity tools
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship for employment
• Clear verbal, interpersonal, and written communication
• Strategic and critical thinking, sound judgment, curiosity, and ability to develop practical solutions
• Ability to build trusted relationships, work cross-functionally, and constructively challenge and align stakeholders

• Highly desirable:
  Experience with financial modeling, data analytics and visualization, automation, and/or database and ERP tools

Demonstrates strong financial leadership and strategic thinking, with expertise in financial modeling, data analytics, and process improvement. Capable of translating complex financial information into actionable insights and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance business performance.
